My latest Squidoo lens is on becoming healthier by eating better food, doing enough exercise, and avoiding certain things. I've written it from the perspective of someone (i.e. me) with not enough will power and motivation to go running or/go to the gym regularly, and from someone who likes to eat!I hope the tips are helpful to more regular people who find it harder to motivate themselves. Just following a few of the bullet points will help get a healthier lifestyle.
