Mario Magnetic Memo Board

OK, hold onto your hats because this tutorial is all kinds of awesome! It is a Mario inspired magnetic memo board, and if you look closely you can see that the details on the board are actually 3D - the cubes and figures are actually made of paper and magnetic strips are added so they can be moved around!

Custom Wax Seals

This tutorial shows you how to make a one-off or small batch of custom seals using lino to create the design, then glue or wax to form the seal. I've always loved the look of wax seals, and I think if you don't want to splash out on a custom made metal stamp, this technique is fantastic...plus it would look awesome on your special Christmas card envelopes (as shown above).

How to Embroider

Embroidery is a craft I have just started to learn, even though I wasn't really interested in it previously due it's old fashioned image. But whilst putting together a list of embroidery resources and photos, I saw that actually it's not old-fashioned if you don't want it to be, and I just love love love the more contemporary designs and patterns, so that's inspired me to give it a try!
