Honeycomb

Yummy and interesting recipe - you can eat it on it's own, you can dip it in chocolate, or you can break it up into tiny bits and decorate ice-cream!
All you need is a baking sheet, a whisk, a large saucepan, a sugar thermometer, baking soda, sugar, honey and water...easy!
