Tuile Biscuits in Puddings

I love the look of this pudding (I've always secretly harboured an ambition to be a pastry chef!) - and it consists of a tuile biscuit cage with mixed berries and ice-cream in the centre, and a spun sugar decoration on top - mmmmm! Go here for the recipe.
