I've just finished writing a lens on how to cook meat: including cooking methods, lots of yummy recipes and the different cuts you can buy. I've written about beef, lamb, pork, chicken and turkey and I hope you find it useful.
I felt I had to write this because the baking world makes perfect sense to me but tell me to cook a piece of meat and it has me stumped!
