Did you use 2 rectangle shapes for this like the tutorial you used? Or did you cut out a pattern more for a circle skirt? J/w! Yours looks more circular. I made a paper bag skirt but accidentally made my rectangles too small and it was tight around my butt then gave me a pooch right below my waist! I'm going to redo it with bigger rectangle pieces.
