This is marshmallow fondant. That's fondant made from marshmallows. Why was I not informed of this?! Anyway, it is an amazing idea for a sweet tooth like moi, and you can find the recipe here.

I have a recipe I got from taking cake decorating classes from Michaels but, I have not tried it yet. Your fondant looks yummy...I love the colors!
