OK it's not Autumn anymore, but I only just found these awesome cookies and I think they're too cool not to share. You can find more details here (click the arrow once to find it) and a basic cookie dough recipe here (250g butter, 140g caster sugar, 1 egg yolk, 2 tsp vanilla extract and 300g plain flour). Fall Leaf Cookies
