Best Halloween Costumes 2012

My personal favourite fancy dress costumes this year are listed here, and it's always encouraging to see such creativity and variety!
The Lost Woodsman (above) has a moving eye (!) and some amazing hands made from leather gloves and sticks - Find the fantastic tutorial here.

A couple of amusing costumes with a French cookery theme. If I told anyone I was going to dress up as a croquembouche I might get a funny look, but I think it works surprisingly well!

Egyptian God and Goddess fancy dress, with intricate masks - see how much work went into them by clicking here.

And just for the adorable factor, here's a little granny costume!

Halloween has been the best party theme in my view. I have to attend a Halloween themed party next week but I am a bit confused about the my makeup which may fit according to the theme.
