I think this is a really neat DIY; a wooden rectangle which looks so inconspicuous when the lamp is off, suddenly transforms when the light is switched on to reveal the hidden 'shadow' message.
It reminds me of this iconic photo - you could use this technique to make all kinds of shapes and words in the shadows.
