I'll use cookie cutters to make pancakes in fun shapes...
use a pizza cutter to cut the pancakes.
using a squeeze bottle might make your pancake batter lose its bubbles. be very careful
I have two questions:Do you just make the mix in a bowl then pour it into the Ketchup bottle? If I am using a pancake mix do i just put the mix in the bottle, add water and shake?
awesome skillet!cast iron?please tell me where you got it?
Thanks guys! Great tips ... and yes you just pour the mix into the bottle!
The widemouth ketchup or mayo containers might be even better, as they are easier to fill and clean.
I am a little confused... Are you meant to fill up the bottle to use once? Or does pancake batter remain useable if you put it in the fridge? Can i just keep a bottle of pancake mix ready for when hunger strikes?
This IS Awsome! But Has Anyone Seen The Pancakes In The Whipped Cream Pressured Cans???
great post.keep updating Now i am going to book mark it
I believe Aaron was asking dry or wet mix. I wonder the same.
Ah right, I guess you could do either but I'd mix in a bowl first to make sure there are no lumps...then transfer the wet mix to the bottle :)
How long can the batter stay in the fridge before it goes bad?
Personally I would use it fresh, within the day. Last time I made batter and left it for a couple of days in the fridge it kind of separated and went bad. It's best fresh!
